INTRODUCTION: The Montgomery County Juvenile Court Foundation was founded in the fall of 1998 as a 501(c) (3) charitable organization to support programs within the Juvenile Court. Contributions are used to supplement various educational and recreational activities which support and enrich the children that the Montgomery County Juvenile Court serves. The Foundation limits its benefits and services to children and families involved with the Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
PURPOSE: The Foundation’s primary purpose is to solicit contributions so that funds can go to Juvenile Court programs for supplementing their activities and events to enrich the children and families that the Court serves. These contributions ensure that youthful offenders receive a variety of recreational, educational and enrichment services that could not otherwise be provided under the Court’s regular budget. The Foundation’s two fundraising efforts include the Court’s Fall Employee Fundraising Campaign and the annual Judge Arthur O. Fisher Golf Outing.
CONTACT: Contact Eric Shafer (937) 225-4267. The Foundation’s mailing address is: 380 West Second Street; Dayton, Ohio 45422.
