Chief Magistrate

Chief Magistrate Gina A. Feller received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Ashland University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from The University of Dayton School of Law in 1998.

From 1996 to 1998 she served as the Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Lee Bixler, Darke County Common Pleas Court Judge.  From 1998 to 2009 she served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Montgomery County where she was assigned to the Juvenile Division and the Adult Trial Division.  From 2009-2013 she served as the MCJC Court Appointed Special Advocates program manager.  In January 2013, she was appointed as a Magistrate for the Montgomery County Juvenile Court where she has presided over private custody and delinquency matters.

Chief Magistrate Feller is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio Association of Magistrates.
