Donations
The Montgomery County Juvenile Court Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization supporting programs within the Juvenile Court. Contributions are used to supplement activities, which support and enrich the youth that the Court serves. Through these donations, youth receive recreational, educational and enrichment services that could not be otherwise provided under the regular court budget. Examples of how Foundation resources have been put to good use:
- Educational trips and activities, such as a field trip to the Freedom Center for an Underground Railroad tour,
- Back to school supplies for underprivileged youth.
- Summer enrichment programming to assist youth in learning positive social behaviors and importance of healthy relationships and
- Special enrichment events for the youth, such as the Probation’s annual Black History Program, highlighting African American history, culture and music) and Back to School Extravaganza Event for youth and their families.
The Montgomery County Juvenile Court Foundation asks that you consider making a donation to the Foundation. On the next page is a Foundation Pledge Form. This form must be completed and sent to the Juvenile Court Foundation along with your donation. If you wish to designate your donation to a specific program, this can be done on the Foundation Pledge Form.
